Authenticity

Are all items at Daani Luxury Bags authentic?

Absolutely. For us, authenticity is not a detail, but the foundation of everything we do.

The world of designer fashion today features very high-quality imitations. That is why we take no risks when it comes to the authenticity of our collection.

Every item is carefully assessed before it is offered at Daani Luxury Bags.

For additional verification, we work with professional external authentication partners such as Entrupy and Legit Grails. This combines modern authentication technology with the knowledge and expertise of specialized authenticators.

An item only becomes part of our collection when we have confidence in its authenticity and only if an external authentication party has issued a certificate.

How are Daani's designer bags authenticated?

Not every bag requires exactly the same form of authentication. A vintage Chanel from the 90s, for example, has different characteristics than a modern Louis Vuitton.

That is why we examine each item individually.

Depending on the brand, model, and age, we assess various features, such as:

materials and finish;
stitching and construction;
hardware;
logos and fonts;
serial numbers and date codes;
interior and details;
brand and model-specific characteristics.

In addition, all our items are checked by an external professional authentication party.

Only when the item has passed the required checks do we offer it in our collection.

Will my bag come with a certificate of authenticity?

All our items come with proof of authenticity.

Depending on the item, this can be an original proof from the relevant fashion house or a certificate issued by an independent authentication party, such as Entrupy, Legit Grails, or Master Authentication.

In the product description, we try to clearly indicate which documents and accessories are included with the item.

Is Daani Luxury Bags affiliated with Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, or other designer brands?

No. Daani Luxury Bags is an independent reseller of pre-owned and vintage designer items.

We are not connected to, affiliated with, or official representatives of the designer brands we offer.

All brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of the respective brand owners.

Condition & Vintage

What can I expect from the condition of a pre-owned designer item?

A vintage designer bag often has a whole life behind it, and that is precisely what makes each piece unique.

Our collection consists of pre-owned and vintage items. As a result, signs of wear may be present, even if an item is in exceptionally beautiful condition.

Examples include light scratches on the hardware, patina, wear on corners, minor discolorations, spots, or slight changes in shape.

We believe transparency in this is incredibly important. That is why we try to describe and photograph the condition of each item as clearly as possible.

The photos are therefore an important part of the product description.

How does Daani assess the condition of a bag?

To give you a clear picture of the item's condition beforehand, we use a 10-point scale.

10/10 – Like New
An exceptionally beautiful pre-owned item that looks virtually new.

9/10 – Excellent
Excellent condition with hardly visible signs of wear.

8/10 – Very Good
Beautiful condition with some light signs of wear or minor imperfections.

7/10 – Good Vintage Condition
Good vintage condition with visible signs of wear appropriate for its age.

6/10 – Good
Clearly worn, with visible wear and/or imperfections, but still good and usable.

5/10 – Fair
An item with clear signs of wear or damage that may require extra love, maintenance, or restoration.

The condition is always assessed in relation to the age and type of item.

So, we don't assess a Chanel from 1992 as if it came out of the boutique yesterday.

Are damages and signs of wear mentioned?

Yes. We want you to know exactly what you are buying.

We try to make notable signs of wear clearly visible in the photos and/or mention them in the product description.

We therefore advise you to carefully view all photos before ordering.

Would you like to take a closer look at a corner, interior, hardware, or other detail? Feel free to send us a message. If possible, we would be happy to take additional photos or a video for you.

Do you also sell restored designer bags?

That can happen.

Some vintage bags have been professionally cleaned, touched up, repaired, or restored in the past.

When we are aware of this, we try to mention it as clearly as possible in the product description.

Can I view a bag in person first?

Daani Luxury Bags operates exclusively online.

Our photography is therefore extra important. We try to capture each item from different angles and clearly show any signs of wear.

In addition, we regularly share extra images and videos via our social media channels.

Can I still cancel my order after purchase?

Have you just placed an order and still want to cancel it? Please contact us as soon as possible.

As long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it for you.

To do this, send an email to info@swagliving.nl stating your order number.

Has your order already been shipped? Then you can, if applicable, exercise your legal right of withdrawal upon receipt.

Is VAT included in the price?

Yes. The prices you see at Daani Luxury Bags are consumer prices.

Because we sell pre-owned goods, the margin scheme for used goods may apply to our products.

When the margin scheme applies, the VAT is included in the selling price and is not separately stated as a VAT amount on the invoice.

This way, you know upfront exactly what you pay for your Daani piece.

Are there additional costs for international payments?

Daani Luxury Bags does not simply charge additional bank fees.

However, it may happen that your own bank, credit card company, or payment provider charges fees for, for example, an international transaction or currency conversion.

These external costs are outside of Daani Luxury Bags and are at the customer's expense.

Does Daani Luxury Bags ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our items within Europe.
