Our collection consists of carefully selected pre-owned and vintage designer bags and accessories. Each item has its own story, character, and history. This is precisely what makes vintage luxury so special to us.
We believe it is important that you can shop with confidence. That is why we are transparent about the authenticity, condition, and origin of our items and we try to photograph and describe each item as carefully as possible.
In these general terms and conditions, you can read what you can expect from Daani Luxury Bags and what we ask of you as a customer.
By placing an order with Daani Luxury Bags, you agree to these general terms and conditions.

In these terms, the words “Daani Luxury Bags”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Daani Luxury Bags.
By “customer” we mean any person who visits our website, contacts us, or places an order with us.
OUR COLLECTION
2. Pre-owned luxury with a story
For us, the charm of vintage and pre-owned luxury lies precisely in the fact that each item is unique.
Our collection primarily consists of designer items that have been previously worn and loved. Therefore, signs of wear may be present, such as light scratches, discoloration, patina, wear on corners, small spots, loss of shape, or other characteristics consistent with the age and history of the item.
We do not automatically consider this a defect. These are characteristics that can be inherent to pre-owned and vintage products.
Even when we describe an item as “excellent,” “very good condition,” or “like new,” it remains a pre-owned item. Its condition therefore cannot simply be compared to a new product fresh from the boutique.
We try to record the condition of each item as honestly and carefully as possible.
Therefore, we always advise you to:
- read the full product description;
- carefully review all photos;
- consider visible signs of wear in your purchasing decision;
- if in doubt, request additional information from us in advance.
Would you like to see a specific detail up close? Please feel free to contact us. If possible, we are happy to send additional photos or videos.
3. Our condition assessment
Because every vintage item is different, we assess our items individually.
We consider, among other things, the exterior, interior, leather, canvas, corners, hardware, handles, shoulder straps, and overall shape of the item.
Instead of measuring every vintage item against the exact same standard, we provide as clear a description as possible of the actual condition for each product.
Any notable signs of wear are captured in the photos and/or mentioned in the product description.
The photos therefore form an important part of the product information.
If an item has been professionally cleaned, restored, or repaired and we are aware of this, we also try to mention this with the product.
AUTHENTICITY
4. Authenticity is paramount
At Daani Luxury Bags, trust is central.
We only offer designer items that we are convinced are authentic.
Before an item becomes part of our collection, it is carefully assessed for relevant characteristics. Depending on the brand and model, this may include examining material, construction, hardware, logos, stitching, serial numbers, date codes, and other brand and model-specific features.
Where necessary, we also use professional external authentication services.
Authentication method / external authentication partners: Entrupy or LegitGrails
If an authenticity certificate is included with a specific item, this will be mentioned in the product description.
Daani Luxury Bags is an independent reseller of pre-owned designer goods and is not affiliated with, associated with, or an official representative of the designer brands we offer.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos are and remain the property of their respective owners.

5. A unique collection
Many of our items are vintage, discontinued, or hard to find. Therefore, we often have only one of each item available.
An item is only definitively sold once the order and payment have been successfully completed.
Because we may offer our collection through multiple sales channels, it can happen in exceptional cases that two customers purchase the same item almost simultaneously.
If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the amount already paid.
6. Prices
All prices are shown in euros, unless otherwise stated.
The price of each item is partly determined by the brand, model, age, rarity, condition, and any accessories.
For used goods, Daani Luxury Bags may apply the legal margin scheme. When this scheme applies, the VAT is included in the selling price and is not separately stated on the invoice.
Any shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
7. Payment
An order becomes final after payment has been successfully completed.
You can use the payment methods offered on our website during checkout.
Any costs charged by your own bank or payment provider for, for example, international payments or currency conversions, are outside Daani Luxury Bags' responsibility and are at the customer's expense.
DELIVERY
8. Carefully packed & shipped
A special item deserves a careful journey to its new owner.
Therefore, we pay great attention to safely packaging every order.
We ship via DHL Secured shipping and aim to send your order within 3 business days of receiving payment.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code if available.
The current shipping costs will be displayed during checkout and are for the customer's account.
9. Check your delivery address
The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.
Therefore, please carefully check your name, street, house number, postcode, city, and country before completing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and is returned to us, the costs for a new shipment may be borne by the customer.
10. When a package does not arrive
Has your order not arrived or does something seem to have gone wrong during transit? Please contact us as soon as possible.
If necessary, we will start an investigation together with the carrier.
The carrier may require additional information or a statement from the recipient for this purpose.
We will guide you through this process as best as possible and handle the situation in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
RETURNS
11. Right of withdrawal
We naturally hope that you are completely in love with your new Daani piece.
For an online purchase, as a consumer, you generally have the legal right to revoke the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
If you wish to make use of this right, please inform us within the legal period via:

Please include your name and order number.
After your revocation notification, you then have a maximum of 5 days to return the item to us.
12. Examine your item with care
A designer bag may be viewed and assessed during the cooling-off period, just as you would reasonably do in a physical store.
We ask that you handle our items with extra care. Many of our pieces are vintage, valuable, and sometimes rare.
If you wish to retain the option to return your purchase, please do not use or wear the item outdoors and avoid perfume, make-up, moisture, dirt, or any other new signs of use. The purchase can only be returned if the security tag is still attached to the bag. If an item is returned with visible signs of use, or if the security tag has been removed, damaged, or is not attached in its original manner, we may refuse a return or charge for diminished value.
13. Daani Security Tag
To protect our collection and our customers, our items are delivered with a Daani Luxury Bags Security Tag. Please do not remove this security tag until you are certain you want to keep the item. If you wish to return the item, this security tag must be attached to the item in its original manner. Therefore, ensure that this security tag is not damaged, removed, or reattached in a different way than how you received it. Returns will only be accepted if the original security tag is undamaged and attached to the item in the same manner.
If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, and its value has demonstrably diminished as a result, an appropriate deduction for diminished value may be applied in accordance with legal regulations. Every return is carefully and individually assessed.
14. Returns

Indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. After your notification, you will receive the return instructions and the correct return address.
We ask that you package the item carefully and securely.
The costs for returning are at the customer's expense. We advise sending the return insured and with track & trace. The return is at the customer's own risk. If a return shipment is lost, the responsibility lies with the customer. If the item is lost or damaged during return shipment, Daani Luxury Bags is not responsible or liable for this. Therefore, make sure you are well insured.
Due to the value of our designer items, we strongly advise sending returns with:
- track & trace;
- sufficient insurance;
- a proof of shipment.
Keep your proof of shipment until we have confirmed that your return has been fully processed.
Please note: Returns sent without prior notification or to an address other than the specified return address will not be processed.
15. Refund
After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts that we are obliged to refund according to applicable law. We will do this no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
The refund will generally be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item, or until you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.
16. Diminished value
We understand that you want to properly inspect an item at home. At the same time, we want to ensure that a returned designer item can be offered again in the same condition.
If, during the cooling-off period, an item has been used more than necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, and its value has consequently diminished, we may – to the extent permitted by law – charge an appropriate diminished value.
This may be relevant, for example, in the case of new damages, stains, odors, or clear signs of wear and use that were not present upon receipt.
CANCELLATIONS & SPECIAL SALES
17. Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible via info@swagliving.nl
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it for you.
If the package is already en route, you may, if applicable, exercise your statutory right of withdrawal upon receipt.
18. Livesales
From time to time, Daani Luxury Bags may offer special pieces during a live sale via, for example, Instagram, TikTok, or another platform.
During a live sale, we try to show the item as comprehensively as possible and discuss relevant signs of wear.
Additional rules for a specific live sale may be announced prior to the sale.
The statutory rights of consumers will continue to apply insofar as they cannot be excluded by law.
19. Sale & special prices
A designer item offered at a discount remains, of course, a Daani item and is described with the same care.
A sale price does not automatically mean that statutory consumer rights are waived.
If an item is specifically discounted due to a known defect, we will endeavor to clearly state this before purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
20. International orders
We ship to all countries in the European Union.
When shipping to certain countries, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local charges may be due.
These amounts are determined by the authorities of the destination country and are outside our selling price and shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any import duties and local charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
Daani Luxury Bags has no influence on their amount.
On customs documents, we state the information legally required.
OUR WEBSITE
21. Product information & photography
We pay great attention to our product photography and descriptions.
Please note that colors on a screen may differ slightly from the actual color of an item. This can be caused by lighting conditions, photography, and display settings, among other factors.
We try to make signs of wear as clearly visible as possible, but with a vintage item, very minor imperfections may be present that are not always fully visible in a photo.
If you have doubts about a color, detail, or sign of wear, please feel free to ask us for additional information before purchasing.
22. Obvious errors
Although we maintain our website carefully, a typo, technical error, or obvious pricing error may occasionally occur.
Daani Luxury Bags reserves the right to correct such errors, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
23. Visual material & intellectual property
The appearance of Daani Luxury Bags has been carefully curated.
Our own photography, texts, house style, design, logos, and other content may therefore not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission, unless otherwise provided by law.
The names and logos of designer brands that we sell are the property of their respective brand holders.

25. Liability
Daani Luxury Bags is, to the extent permitted by law, not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of an item.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or limit statutory consumer rights where this is not permitted by applicable law.
26. Changes
Our collection is constantly evolving, and our services may also develop.
Therefore, we may update these general terms and conditions from time to time, for example, when our working methods or applicable legislation changes.
For an order, the general terms and conditions in force at the time the order was placed generally apply.
27. Applicable law
Agreements with Daani Luxury Bags are governed by Dutch law, to the extent permitted by law.
If you, as a consumer, enjoy protection under mandatory consumer law, these rights remain unaffected.
